Participate to L1/L2 phone, email and chat systems support of global clients in the US trading hours. Analyse/Investigate the root cause of the reported issues reported by the client or internally by Quod teams. Deploy Quod Software in our SaaS environment or in a client hosted environment and ensure that the connectivity with 3rd parties (Middle office and Back office systems, brokers, trading venues, etc.) is setup and running. Participate in the integration with other counterparties (exchanges, brokers, etc.) including the certification process. Configure and maintain (upgrade/patch) the different compon...
