Traffic Systems Program Lead (J )
The Traffic Systems Program Lead is responsible for implementing and monitoring the City’s Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and active traffic management operations, as well as coordinating the delivery of signage programs between the MoveSmart, traffic and roads divisions of Transportation and Fleet Management Services (TFMS). The position provides subject matter expertise in traffic signals and ITS scalable solution acquisitions, deployment and operation, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable movement across the City’s road network. By coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners, the role ensures timely project delivery, compliance with regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.
