Trainee in Back Office Guarantees and Trade Finance - M/F/D

Responsibilities

  • Documents archiving

  • Providing administrative support to the Back Office Team (processing of closing guarantees and commission booking on daily basis)

  • Support in preparing of content of the bank guarantee, the application for the customer to issue a bank guarantee.

  • Performing of daily reports.

    • Profile required

  • Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)

  • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week

  • Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English

  • Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
