Job Summary
The Training Instructor supervises the delivery of classroom and/or virtual courses to the Ford dealer network according to the training matrix. He/she is responsible for training and accompanying the dealer's personnel for the implementation of programs that can be applicable in Chile.
Main Activities
- Review the contents of the courses and/or material to adapt them to the Chilean market, including translations, according to the requirements of the sector and the client.
- Conduct 100% of the virtual training before giving the classroom training and must be fluent in the native language and English.
- Guarantee the availability of the necessary elements and equipment for the development of the training.
- Conduct periodic competency evaluations of the dealer network to classify them according to the certification of the Ford training matrix.
