- Design and develop training programs for new and current customer service, sales and collections agents.
- Coordinate face-to-face or virtual trainings, making use of training plans.
- Assist customer service agents in a personalized way to improve their effectiveness as employees.
- Provide product information for the design team to create educational content.
- Ensure completion of mandatory training is delivered across all relevant team members.
