Training and Learning Development SpecialistFull‐time, hybrid position located in Mexico City, Mexico.
The role reports to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation.We are looking for an experienced Training and Learning Development Specialist to support our Demand to Renew Transformation initiative.
The role focuses on delivering formal and informal training for users of our CRM systems to ensure smooth adoption and sustained proficiency.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand existing team and training processes to develop, track, and maintain a formalized training program for new users and users transitioning into new roles.Create, track, and execute training programs to refresh and enhance system skills for existing users.Analyze CRM functionality and implement methods to monitor usage, proactively identifying gaps requiring additional training or support.Partner closely with super‐users across departments to assess, understand, and ...
