Job Description
The Ramp Trainer will be utilized to lead new-hire development and engage with current employees to remain compliant on new or recurrent training.
The Ramp Trainer is a technical service position whose work routine varies while following strict safety and set procedures. This position reports directly to the Training Manager.
**Responsibilities**
+ Train and develop incoming employees for company initial indoctrination, recurrent and on-the-job technical and safety training and update training record databases.
+ Aid in quality control benchmarks and audit subsequent company activities to ensure their effectiveness and accomplishment.
+ Audit and ensure all contract standard operating procedures are adhered to.
+ Assist in implementing, and monitoring training programs within our organization.
+ Assist in development and/or distributing training materials.
+ Developing multimedia visual aids and presentations.
