Design and Deliver Training Programs:Lead by Example and be a champion, driving the culture of accountability.Develop the Samara University Program to inspire, educate and sustain the excitement of the employee, culture of accountability and individuals career development.
:Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs within the departments, provide structure, feedback, and metrics t to improve the individual department training programs.
