You’ll deliver world-class training, provide onboard coaching, and support our YVR base, all while ensuring safety and service excellence remain top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging IFS training sessions that meet all regulatory standards and requirements.

  • Coordinate Rouge Crew training programs, including Initial, First Aid, Annual Recurrent, Service, and other specialized sessions.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Air Canada Rouge and external training providers.
