Your areas of responsibility:
Performing oversight of outsourced TA services to third party TAs, ensuring all activities are in line with Luxembourg regulations
For the quality and timeliness of TAs to ensure that they are performing to the agreed targets (SLAs and KPIs) by following regulatory obligations and are offering excellent client service to our clients
To supervise the overall performance against targets, standards and timelines and participate in regular Service Review meetings to ensure breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues are mediated, addressed and resolved
Evaluations of received KPIs and produce reporting required for governing bodies to demonstrate effective oversight
Support your reporting lines when Transfer Agency Service escalations arise, by taking ownership and ensure they are resolved timely
