Responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with customers and optimize base sales, new product development, and promotions.
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Place point‑of‑buy materials and implement their placement.
- Report on activities and deliver field KPIs to meet annual objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
