You're expected to deliver patient and family-centered services, support ongoing professional development, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your experience managing patients with aggressive behaviors will be vital for this position, alongside relevant inpatient rehabilitation and medical/surgical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for patients awaiting community transition
• Practice patient/family-centered care principles
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses
• BLS Certification and recent relevant experience
