ROC is the centralized command and control center for Transportation Execution across Amazon Supply Chain network supporting multiple geographies such as NA, EU, India, Mexico, Brazil. It ensures timely pick‑up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers and from Amazon FCs to carrier hubs. In case of exceptions, ROC resolves issues and keeps stakeholders informed. ROC also monitors trends in network exceptions to automate processes or propose changes to streamline operations, involving network monitoring and analysis of data.
