American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a fast-paced Emergency Department position requiring a MD or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
Job Details
• Emergency Department setting treating all age groups from infant to geriatric,
• High-acuity, fast-paced environment with complex, multi-system diagnoses,
• Patient ratio of 1:4, may increase to 1:5 with lower acuity patients,
• Rotating night and evening shifts (19:00-07:30 / 15:00-03:30); primary need is nights,
• 3x12 or 4x12 hour shift schedules accepted,
• Every other weekend required,
• Holiday coverage required as scheduled,
• Floating within specialty and to sister ED facilities (Cambridge, Chestertown, Queenstown) as needed,
• No pre-scheduled on-call shifts required,
• 13-week contract,
Job Requirements
• Active RN license in MD or a compact state currently in hand,
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale (...
