About the Role
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage all daily on‑site construction activities, including civil, structural, MEP, electrical, enclosure, and site infrastructure work.
+ Oversee field operations from initial mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
+ Direct subcontractors, vendors, inspections, equipment logistics, and work sequencing to maintain smooth operations.
+ Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain full compliance with all jobsite safety standards.
+ Conduct daily planning meetings, schedule updates, look‑ahead planning, and detailed field reporting.
+ Review drawings, technical submittals, and coordinated models to ensure accurate installation and sequencing.
+ Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule certainty and ensure smooth project progression.
