Trim Brake Operator (Metal Building Trim)

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Trim Brake Operator to support the fabrication of metal trim used in pre‑engineered and metal building systems. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating a trim brake or press brake and who takes pride in producing accurate, high‑quality metal components.

Trim Brake Operator Responsibilities

Operate a manual or CNC trim brake to bend, shape, and form metal trim for metal buildings

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements

Set up the trim brake according to specifications and adjust as needed

Measure finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Handle sheet metal safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work closely with production and fabrication team members to meet deadlines
