The Leduc Minor Hockey Association (LMHA) is actively seeking enthusiastic Head Coaches for their U13AA and U15AA Roughnecks programs for the upcoming hockey season. Coaches are compensated with competitive honorariums, travel and accommodation expenses, coaching gear packages, and course reimbursements.

LMHA is searching for passionate, high-performance leaders who are committed to both on-ice skill development and positive off-ice mentorship. Successful candidates will have:

- The ability to identify areas for team and player improvement and develop structured practices and team events to support growth.
