We are seeking a UI/UX Expert to design intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that improve usability, efficiency and user satisfaction across a portfolio of business applications.
Your Day-to-Day
Conduct user research and gather user experience requirements.
Facilitate workshops and design-thinking sessions with stakeholders.
Create personas, customer journeys and user flows.
Design wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and clickable demonstrations.
Define and maintain design systems and UI standards.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Analysts and development teams.
Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
Support continuous improvement of digital products and user experiences.
