The Position

We are looking for a Remote Vetting Coordinator to support our candidate verification process in the UK market. This role will be responsible for conducting video calls with candidates to perform identity (impostor) checks and assess compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery-related questions, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity
verification.

Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questions
during candidate interviews.

Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate
assessments.

Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and
compliance regulations.
