What you’ll do:
- Receive and complete requisitions, enter patient data into the diagnostic imaging information system and prepare patients for specific procedures.
- Gather and verify patient history data and relevant information prior to beginning scans, and complete worksheets with exam findings for the Radiologist.
- Perform ultrasound examinations of breast, abdominal, pelvic/EV, renal, soft tissue masses, thyroid, extremities, hernias and other indicated sites.
- Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with regulatory body guidelines and TELUS policies.
- Ensure all updates are completed and that the PACS system reflects accurate and up‑to‑date procedure codes; verify that all associated paperwork is correct before submission to the Radiologist Assistant.
