Key Responsibilities
- Drive health insurance sales through bank partner branches
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and staff
- Train and motivate bank employees on health insurance products
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Support branch teams in customer conversion and closures
- Ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1–4 years of experience in insurance/bancassurance
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
