Upper School Deeper Learning Coordinator (Instructional Coach)

Job Requirements

A Deeper Learning Coordinator is a non-evaluative, support role that provides research, resources, and professional development to staff about curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The person in this position reflects a passion for the mission of Graded School, demonstrates understanding and respect for a diversity of cultures and language learners, and supports teachers as they strive to meet the expectations within the school’s principles of teaching and learning.

The person in this position reports to the Chief Learning Officer, but is assigned to a specific school division based on perceived need and individual expertise.

As such, this position also serves on the division’s leadership team and is professionally responsible with those working in that division.
