I need a fast-turnaround 3D visualization for an event space. I have all the technical data ready; I just need a pro who can execute the modeling and rendering by Thursday, Feb 26th.
What I Have Ready to Send Immediately:
Full Floor Plan (with dimensions)
Reference images for all furniture/decor
Specific sizes/specs for all room elements
Scope of Work:
Create a 3D model of the room based on the floor plan.
Apply textures and lighting for a professional event look.
Deliver 5 to 6 high-resolution renders from various angles.
Timeline:
Final Delivery: No later than Thursday EOD.
First Draft/Check-in: Wednesday for any minor adjustments.
Requirements:
Must be able to start immediately.
Proven experience in quick-turnaround architectural or event rendering.
