Seeking BE/BC family medicine or internal medicine/peds physician to join our urgent care plus practices in Louisville. KY.

- Shifts are 12 hour and require evenings, 8am to 8pm.
- 3 shifts a week (156 a year) can work more if desired.
- There is a weekend rotation requirement.
