Full Time coverage Monday-Friday each week
• Patient Contact Hours: 6
• Clinic days: 5
• Clinic Hours: 8-5
• Procedure/OR days: 0
• On Call
• Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 2 OP at secondary clinics (no transplants), and 3 OP days per week at primary clinic. IP coverage of both sites; APP will cover for provider.
Shift Description: Medical Hem-Onc coverage for 2 OP at secondary clinics (no transplants), and 3 OP days per week at primary clinic. IP coverage of both sites; APP will cover for provider.
Weekend Requirements: None
MANDATED Job Requirements: • Board Certified - REQUIRED (Board Certified in Medical Oncology is required. Board Certified in Hematology is preferred but not required)
• Fellowship trained in Medical Oncology/Hematology - REQURIED
• IA License - NOT REQUIRED! Open to new licensing and IMLC candidates!
