Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: As soon as credentialed Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Inpatient and Call coverage Most coverage will be at the main facility in Winston-Salem NC Call coverage for smaller local hospitals in Clemmons NC and Kernersville NC at a lower capacity Level I trauma center Schedule: Day and night coverage, 7:00-7:00 Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 90 days Requirements: Active North Carolina licensure Board certification AHA BLS certification Minimum 3-years Urology experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
