This role demands deep expertise in U.S. labor, wage, and taxation laws, along with hands‑on experience managing multi‑state payroll, deferred compensation, and equity compensation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in ADP GlobalView and Workday HCM, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Based in Guadalajara, Mexico this position requires a leader who can ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing vendor relationships and supporting global mobility initiatives.
