West Coast based Customer Support Engineer
Providing field service engineering support to after‑sales customers and technical support to internal teams, enabling customers to maintain products to meet internal and external requirements.
Typical Week
- Primarily field‑based at customer sites on the West Coast installing products, carrying out preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Providing remote and on‑site support, performing maintenance, checking performance, hunting down faults, repairing issues, and fitting product upgrades.
- Training, mentoring, and coaching distributor service teams.
- Accountable for product performance and uptime across all locations.
- Providing regular reporting on system performance and maintenance requirements.
- Building solid relationships with customers, gathering their feedback and priorities.
