Objective
We request the incorporation a senior designer profile with a high degree of autonomy, omnichannel e-commerce, systems thinking, strong AI focus, and deep business understanding to accelerate our transformation from a transactional company to a relational company, scaling our capabilities through automation, personalization, and design efficiency.
Role mission
Lead the design of customer‑centric, omnichannel trade experiences from discovery to financing, purchase, and post‑sale while ensuring speed, consistency, and scalability through a centralized, AI‑enabled Design System.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration for critical trade flows (buy, sell, trade‑in, financing, post‑sale).
