We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Aylesbury office with a minimum 5 years PQE (or equivalent experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable lawyer to take ownership of a profitable and high-quality caseload. The role offers autonomy and the chance to make a real impact by developing and growing the private client offering in this location.
Work Type
You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Wills; life interest, discretionary trust, simple wills
- Probate and administration of estates; full administrations and fixed fee probate work. Acting on behalf of the firm.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Taxable estates and related issues
- Trust administration
