Job Summary
The Value-Added Services Engineer provides a mix of technical expertise, program management and sales development to assigned customers. This position will provide technical expertise to support customers and grow value added sales. The Value-Added Services Engineer is responsible for reviewing, estimating, and quoting of customer specific prints. Additionally, the position will support the overall program and relationships management associated with assigned customers.
Responsibilities
- Use technical knowledge to determine a purchase order cost.
- Ensure that the company is capable of producing to customer print specifications and that sub-contractor requirements (plating, heat treat, grinding, etc.) and quality requirements are documented.
- Monitor and analyze project cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts.
