- At least College level / College graduate;
- At least 1 year related experience in hospitality management / customer handling;
- Positive and pleasing personality is a must;
- Knowledgeable of telephone consoles and related equipment;
- Knowledgeable of customer service standards and procedures;
- Able to interact and communicate with people over the telephone, electronically and/or face to face;
- Basic data entry and/or word processing skills;
- Good moral character and hardworking.
