Job Description
As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.
The Key Responsibilities Include
- Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives.
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
About You
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines.
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.
