Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serving as key point of contact of the appointed investment vehicle
- Supporting / leading deal teams to source, analyze and negotiate investments
- Supporting / leading due diligence workstreams on prospective investments
- Evaluating and sponsoring investment theses and recommendations
- Reviewing and signing-off on business plans, deal structures and deal returns
- Supporting / leading legal transaction documentation and negotiations
- Supporting / leading portfolio companies throughout investment period (including the planning, execution and monitoring of value creation initiatives)
- Sourcing investment opportunities from own network, investment partners, advisors and other industry contacts
- Serving as key point of contact for portfolio companies and limited partners for the appointed investment fund
