Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure a maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Place and implement point of buying materials.
- Report on activities.
- Be responsible for distributor channel support in the region.
- Handle sales routine, negotiation, sales planning, and monitoring of sales KPIs.
- Leverage data and dashboards (Power BI).
- Utilize Office suite (primarily Excel).
- Work with market tools such as Neogrid, Visor, Scanntech, Mtrix.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
