Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors while serving as the primary point of accountability and escalation.
- Define, monitor, and manage vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee vendor contracts across their lifecycle to ensure commercial compliance, value realization, and effective renewals or amendments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate vendor‑related risks while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
