Vøyenenga skole
Vøyenenga skole is a secondary school in Vest‑Bærum with about 225 students and 35 staff. We are looking for a dedicated teacher to work in Norwegian, health & physical education or social studies on a full‑time, yearly contract with option for extension. The position includes class‑teacher duties and coaching of an elective subject, and places a strong emphasis on inclusive, collaborative, problem‑based learning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and follow up students’ learning progress.
- Participate and contribute to a learning community at the school.
- Cooperate with other subject units.
- Use digital learning tools to promote students’ learning.
- Engage in interdisciplinary, problem‑based learning.
- Be motivated by the important teacher mission.
- Build relationships with students.
- Be responsible for paying the mandatory contribution to the State Pension Scheme.
