Job Description

As the Vice President, Commercial Financial Services for the Healthcare Professionals and Not-For-Profit segment, you inspire, motivate and engage your sales team to deliver a highly differentiated client experience to enhance client loyalty and grow revenue by acquiring new clients and deepening existing client relationships. You will focus on coaching your team to high standards of behaviours, activities and results. Collaborating with other RBC colleagues across the organization, you will contribute to helping RBC maintain its dominant market position.
