SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Vice President, Construction Services to lead and scale a companywide environmental Construction Services program built within Program Management in the Delivery Organization. This is a hybrid or distributed position reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).
This role provides national leadership over a highly matrixed organization, working across regions, disciplines, and functions to deliver consistent, high‑qualityconstruction‑phase environmental services.
