About the Role
ATB Cormark Capital Markets is looking for an Investment Banking Vice President or senior, experienced Associate to join our Diversified Industries group. Diversified Industries Investment Banking covers both established and emerging companies in non-commodity sectors. In this role, you will play a critical part in execution, client service and idea generation across various projects in advisory and equity capital markets.
Accountabilities
- Play a leadership role in our goal of providing superior transaction execution for our clients
- Lead M&A and financing transactions through execution, including due diligence, preparing and reviewing analysis and presenting recommendations to clients and colleagues
- Assist in generating pitch ideas, conducting market and financial research and leading production of analysis and presentations
- Managing day-to-day process-related communications with clients on live mandates
