Overview
Are you currently an accomplished Director or VP of Sales or VP of Sales and Marketing looking to take on a new challenge as VP of Sales and Marketing for an exciting Developer, and have experience in mid-rise and high-rise residential projects?
Responsibilities
- Provide the strategic vision for the Sales and Marketing division and cascade instructions on project implementation to external agencies, whether sales or marketing agencies.
- Lead all sales delivery and new marketing approaches, utilising and managing the existing marketing team talents.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage internal and external sales, brokerage sales agents, directing their activity and sales messages for each new project, along with leading marketing campaigns for new project launches.
