You are a strategic leader who can own the growth of a multi-channel distribution ecosystem. As a member of our Insurance Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President, Sales & Distribution is the strategic architect of our insurance expansion strategy. You will be directly accountable for the growth and cohesive performance of our fully integrated insurance operation spanning Agency Operations, Broker Distribution, Digital Development and Marketing. You will lead the large-scale transformation of our multi-channel environment, accelerating digital capabilities and brand presence to deliver innovative solutions for our more than one million members across Alberta.
