The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a Vice Principal of Colony Schools in Strathmore, AB, effective the start of the 2026/2027 school year.We have 20 Hutterite Schools with approximately 385 students, from communities as far North as Huxley Colony, as far East as Ridgeland Colony and as far South as Cluny Colony. Our classrooms are multi-graded and work alongside Colony community members to teach German and the Alberta Curriculum.Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) or evidence of progress towards a Masters DegreeEvidence of leading for learning and strong teaching skillsAn understanding of key initiatives in education including site-based leadershipEvidence of educational leadership, initiative and positive interpersonal relations with staff members, parents, and community membersEvidence of the ability to work effectively within a collaborative decision-making environmen...
