The Vice-Principal is responsible for creating a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment. The Vice-Principal ensures policies, procedures, and agency standards are being met.
The Vice-Principal leads the educational team within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary, integrated, and collaborative model of treatment. The Vice-Principal is responsible for integrating the educational program with other agency programs as well as the community. The Vice-Principal sets the direction for the program and creates a climate of learning and personal development that benefits both students and staff.
