What Will You Do
You will be the owner of Tractian’s studio: plan the content slate, scope and schedule productions, manage gear and workflows, and ensure every deliverable ties back to campaign strategy and business outcomes. You’ll translate briefs and product narratives into video concepts, run the full production lifecycle (pre → production → post), and build a scalable system of templates, assets, and processes.
