Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the front-end of our client acquisition process.

This role goes beyond typical admin tasks. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing conversations across platforms, and helping guide prospects through the early stages of our funnel, ensuring they are qualified and prepared before booking a call with our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outreach strategies to connect with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Initiate and manage conversations on LinkedIn using personalized messaging
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet Opny’s criteria before scheduling calls
  • Monitor and respond to interactions across YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring fast response times
  • Follow up with Masterclass attendees and leads who download our resources
