About the Role We are seeking a poised and highly detail-oriented Floor Lead, Merchandising to serve as a key steward of the Ana Luisa in-store experience.
In close partnership with store leadership, this role shapes the visual and client journey on the sales floor—ensuring every interaction, display, and moment reflects the brand’s elevated aesthetic and service philosophy.
