The VMO team at HP Inc. manages all 3rd party Labor spend within D&TO organization. In last 2 years D&TO team has driven multiple transformation programs to align with business and stakeholder priorities. There is renewed focus on reducing our RUN $$ and reinvest that $$ in innovation. 3rd party labor makes up 50% of overall DTO spend and we are looking at transformative ways o...
