Job Description
Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What you’ll do
- Work in close partnership with functional areas to shape talent, skills and leadership development plans that align with business priorities and future needs.
- Build a strong understanding of functional strategy, operating model and external trends, using this insight to provide relevant and informed support.
- Collaborate across HR, Talent, Frontline L&D and TA to understand future capability and talent needs, identify gaps and develop focused plans for priority skill areas.
- Support the creation and ongoing review of succession plans, helping to strengthen readiness and build diverse talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the design of capability and development plans, making use of internal and external learning solutions.
