Lead and execute the West Region sales strategy across on‑ and off‑premise channels to deliver revenue, depletion, and profit targets.Manage and grow senior distributor and key retail account relationships, including QBRs, pricing, and programming execution.Own and operate full regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, trade spend, and KPI performance.Hire, coach, and develop high‑performing regional sales teams while driving accountability and retention.Drive collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align brand initiatives, forecasting, and inventory planning.Champion innovation launches and identify market opportunities to accelerate share and distribution growth.
